Jane Creasy

Jane has achieved recognition as a facilitator and designer of conferences and leadership development events, but her background is educational leadership. She specialises in supporting organisations' leadership learning, policy development and improvement.

Before becoming an independent facilitator and coach, Jane was a director at The National College for School Leadership, having previously been Principal of a mixed 11-18 comprehensive and media specialist school for nearly ten years, during which time the school gained national recognition.

Internationally, her work has included work with New York City and its 'iZone' network of schools, as part of the city's radical reform agenda, and contributions to the Cisco/ Innovation Unit Global Education Leaders Programme, which involves senior state and national leaders from countries such as Finland, Brazil, India, Australia, S.Korea and US among others.

As well as being a trustee of Centrepoint, Jane is a magistrate, vice-chair of governors of the University of Bedfordshire and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
