Referrals and lettings process

• Young people aged between 16 and 25 years old
• Priority given to young people from Centrepoint Safestop service and 16 and 17 year olds from Centrepoint Berwick Street  
• Homeless or about to become homeless

• Referrals are made via  Westminster Housing Options, Centrepoint services for rough sleepers, such as such as Centrepoint Safestop and Centrepoint Berwick Street, outreach teams and any West End (London) agency working with rough sleepers such as London Connection
