Gill Gibb
Gill is currently the Executive Director of the Charity Employees Benevolent Fund (CEBF), a new charity established to build a fund for past and present charity employees to apply for welfare assistance and advice. Gill is also Director of the not-for-profit knowledge centre at Knowledge Peers, an information sharing website for directors. She also runs her own consultancy advising in the not-for-profit sector on marketing, fundraising, business development and financial issues.

Before this role, she was Executive Director of Market Development at Future Builders, now the Social Investment Business. Prior to this she spent almost three years as Director of Financial Services at the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) focusing upon the sales and marketing of the Banking, Investments and Fundraising products to charities and social enterprises. Gill led the team at CAF which won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the area of Innovation.

Prior to this Gill spent 18 years in a number of senior executive positions with HBOSplc, running amongst other things sales and marketing for the Retail Bank network, running the Estate Agency chain, heading Operations for the telephony business and she was heavily involved in the Halifax and Bank of Scotland merger. Her key skill areas are Banking and Finance, Marketing, Project and Change Management and she has been heavily involved in developing strategy across different business areas.

Personally Gill is a keen marathon runner, having run several to raise funds for Centrepoint, and she lives in a small village called Charing in Kent with her husband, Doug.
