Feeling down

Are you feeling down and don't know who to turn to ? Are things so bad, you have thoughts about suicide? Don't suffer alone and don't stay silent, there are places you can get help.

If you are feeling down and you need to talk to someone you can call the Samaritans. They provide emotional support 24 hours a day for people who are depressed or suicidal on their Helpline,Tel:08457 909090

Childline also offer advice for young people feeling suicidal, so have a look at the website here  

Another organisation offering support to young people with suicidal thoughts are Papyrus. Their Helpline is Tel: HOPELineUK 0800 068 41 41

If you are concerned about mental health problems and want to get  more information, the Mind website is a good place to get help. Their Helpline is Tel: 0845 766 0163 (Monday-Friday 9.15-5.15)

If you are concerned about self-harming when you feel upset there is a website offering support and advice called self-harm.org
