Our finances, reports and policies

We can't give homeless young people a future without the trust of our donors, our partners and the young people we support. Transparency is central to maintaining that trust. Everyone is welcome to see how we manage our finances to give homeless young people a future.

Our promise to our supporters

We couldn't do what we do without our supporters. If you're happy to hear from us, we're always happy to tell you how your money is being spent to change homeless young people's lives. We're committed to transparency, clarity, financial responsibility and are open to feedback at any time.

Gender pay gap statement

At Centrepoint, we are committed to ending youth homelessness by 2037.

We can best fulfil that purpose when we enable every one of our colleagues to bring their best self to work. We do that by building and maintaining an inclusive working culture - in which each one of us feels supported and empowered to achieve our full potential.

We are a strong supporter of pay gap reporting and believe it is a significant step towards creating gender pay equality. Our most recent gender pay gap report can be found below.
