Collaborating
We recognise that we can't end youth homelessness alone. We work
with other organisations to research the issue, lobby the
government and support direct delivery and share best practice.
Centrepoint Partnering is our initiative to support other
organisations working with homeless young people, helping to
implement our Support and Development approach.
Centrepoint Partnering works with other organisations to help
them to:
- Assess current practice, service provision, policies and
procedures
- Identify what staff need to learn
- Tailor our Support and Development approach to their
service
- Train their staff
- Provide intensive support to build capacity
- Monitor and evaluate
