Hollyoaks teen George has been facing an uncertain future - living in a squat, sometimes on the streets, and wondering who around him he can trust.

This is the hard-hitting storyline the Channel 4 soap has been running in 2012, helped by Centrepoint, the UK's leading charity supporting homeless young people.

On Thursday 1 March 2012, the cast of Hollyoaks will face a chilly night sleeping out on the Hollyoaks set to raise awareness and vital funds for Centrepoint.

Hollyoaks has also launched a 'text to donate' competition, where one lucky fan and four friends will win a tour of the set.

WHAT: The annual five-a-side football challenge

In it's fifth year, Centrepoint's annual five-a-side football challenge is set to be bigger and better than ever.

Last year's tournament saw the Prêt a Manger team beat 18 others to the trophy after a final battle against previous winners Ludlow Thompson.

This report shows our tenants, and our supporters, how Centrepoint is doing based on feedback from young people. It explains our successes (measured against six key standards), what young people think about us and how we will improve.

Every other year, we carry out a survey with all young people in Centrepoint. This report will allow us to compare the results of this year's survey with those of 2010.

WHAT: Dundas street official opening

Now that the Dundas street residents are all settled in, it's time to start celebrating the new build. Keep an eye on this page for more info soon.

Dundas street is Centrepoint's first ever purpose built service. With 18 en suite bedrooms across two floors, Dundas street will be able to cater for three more young people than the old service at Mowbray road.

The ground floor has been designed to provide for all the residents needs. In addition to the reception and meeting rooms, there will be a training kitchen, a resources and multimedia room, a coffee area, computer area and laundry.

After volunteering their time to teach drama at Frederick Street, MAC's workshops are sadly coming to an end.

To say goodbye, the young people at Frederick Street will be learning how to make pancakes before hosting the party.

The pancake workshop will kick off at 2.30pm, where the young people will learn how to make the Shrove Tuesday treats before MAC join for the party at 5.30pm.

This is not a public event.
